Complaints and Compliments 

Complaints or compliments are always welcomed at Allsorts and will be used to develop our services to ensure the best support for children, young people and families.

Complaints can be made at any time to express that you are not happy with something at Allsorts. For example, you saw someone in an Allsorts group being racist and the staff team didn't do anything about it. Please include a summary of what happened and how you would like us to resolve the issue.

Compliments are the opposite of complaints!  Let us know if Allsorts or team member has helped in some way. 
Submissions are forwarded to Maralyn (CEO) and Billi (Deputy CEO).  Complaints will be resolved where possible - if you have included your contact details, you will receive a response to your complaint within 14 days.
